About Mr. Wayne H Taylor

Wayne is a personable, experienced, no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it is, down-to-earth attorney, who listens carefully to his clients’ needs and works tirelessly with them toward achievement of their reasonable legal goals. He has adopted two generally applicable rules of life that he overheard his father-in-law share with his sons when we all were much younger: 1) Life is work; and 2) Life is not fair! The first rule can be associated most closely with his estate planning practice, while the second rule corresponds more closely with his probate litigation practice. Although life can be unfair, my duty as an attorney is to use my legal knowledge and expertise to try and make life a little fairer for my clients.

Attorney Taylor worked very hard to get the estate handled and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars

He took much longer to handle the estate than he had said. He went around telling everyone in his firm that I did not intend to pay him. He accused me of not paying the complete initial fee. He did not handle my sister's estate but he did resolve my Mother and Father's estates. I also did not like him from the beginning.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
