Set up a call with Ms Egan to discuss the cost of writing up our will. Never told I would be charged to have a conversation to determine if we would use her or not. Because we didn’t hire her, I get charged. Never agreed to pay a dime for a call to determine how much a will would cost me. I was NEVER told the consultation would be charged. In fact I was told I would need to have a discussion with her to determine my cost. After I complained she lowered from 247 to 100 Unbelievable
