Hired Attorney

Best attorney I have ever had. Just wish I could have used him for all of my legal matters. Moving out of area prevented it though. Straight up no funny business kind of guy. If he believes in you he will hit a home run.

Mr. Davis was referred to me by a coworker who had used him. Actually, the case involved my husband, Buford Avin and his exwife, Sandra Simpson from Texas. My husband asked me to find a lawyer and make the appointment. They had been divorced about 15 years earlier and the "children" were 21 and 19 years old. The State of Texas had awarded Mrs. Simpson the sum of $110,000.00 in child support that was in arrears and
began taking 1/2 of Buford's pay. Mr. Davis new exactly what to do.

He is very direct and to the point. He will not promise you things that he isn't assured he can deliver. T. Davis is the most trustworthy, and competent attorney we have dealt with.
