In this case I had to disburse a little over $21,000 amongst 16 family members. When his lawfirm called recently and demanded payment I told them the money had been disbursed and that there was no money left, and none of the family members have any money to return.Now he is actively engaged in lawfare with this law firm that he belongs to coerce and blackmail me to return monies his Probate office said in all documentation sent to me in his capacity as Master in Equity, was legally ours for me to disburse as I was instructed to do by one of their Associate Judges.He is a judge taking his case to another judge to inflict financial harm to my family. I will appeal this case if the judge decides against me. Audits and report to the bar is forthcoming.
Michael missed filing my case prior to statue of repose, he gave me poor advice to resolve case without holding company in question to a deadline. He was ineffective in court. When I asked for my money back since he missed the deadline for statue of repose, he only offered 50% or mediation. Many more details that I can't fit in the small amount of characters allowed.
