Hired Attorney Mr. Kenneth Hamilton Jr.

I was very ill and in the hospital. Mr. Hamilton had handled our real estate paperwork when we first bought our home years ago and set up the deed so our home did not have to go through probate when my husband died. So not knowing if I would survive, I had my family contact him to ensure my children would inherit the home and adjoining property without any probate issues. Ken visited me in the hospital to discuss the issue and then drew up all the paperwork. He returned to the hospital, arranged for a witness, and then had me sign the documents. The documents were then immediately filed. I survived my illness but I will never forget Ken’s kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness. I am certain his actions aided in recovery. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Hired Law Firm

kenneth was experienced when it came to residential real estate and was professional in this matter, however he did not follow through with some procedures when it came to divorce. He was unable to locate the spouse but neglected to inform us of this. Months passed and we were the ones who initiated contact even though kenneth was paid to do this service.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
