What a crook overcharges does it return calls has too many cases to actually make a difference in your case I mention over charges my bill was to a tune of $45,000. Assured me multiple times that the plaintiff was going to cover my expenses just another horse faced blonde in a courtroom.

Hired Attorney Brian Paul

Mr. Paul was engaged by me and my ex-husband to arbitrate our divorce. Prior to being engaged, Mr. Paul was statutorily required to disclose ALL of his conflicts of interest with my ex-husband and my ex-husband’s lawyers; however, Mr. Paul did not do so. Most alarming is that 4 days after having his neutrality questioned by my lawyer, he chose to fill out his arbitrator disclosure form in a way that concealed his conflicts of interest with my ex-husband’s lawyers. After being engaged, Mr. Paul then proceeded to make rulings they were clearly biased. He abused the trust that I had reposed in him as the neutral arbitrator in my divorce. And, unbeknownst to me, while serving as the arbitrator in my divorce, he was also actively working with one of my husband’s lawyers on a case that was pending before the NJ Supreme Court. It took me 8+ months and cost me nearly $100k to get rid of Mr. Paul and, sadly, the effects of his biased decisions continued to harm me financially. Beware!

Divorce/Family Law Practice: Use Brian Paul, Esq. as an ADR professional for your divorce ONLY IF you don't care about using a person who might be concealing his conflicts of interest with your spouse or your spouse's lawyer. Mr. Paul had an extensive history of working on cases with my ex husband's counsel, Derek Freed, Esq., while at the same time serving as the arbitrator in my divorce case. He deliberately concealed his conflicts of interest with Mr. Freed, a mere four days after his neutrality had been questioned by my lawyer. I would not trust any lawyer who deliberately conceals their conflicts of interest in the way Mr. Paul did in my divorce case. You can see proof of Mr. Paul's conflicts of interest with Mr. Freed by Googling the case Cardali v Cardali (2023), which is only one of the cases that they worked on together and that he failed to disclose in his arbitrator disclosure form prior to accepting his engagement as the arbitrator in my divorce. Proceed with caution.

I never chose this firm. My original worker’s comp attorney retired and I was assigned a random attorney Mr Yani. With Mr Yani I had nothing but inconsistencies in my case, delays on my settlement and rude responses when confronted for incompetence. I asked for a new attorney and was assigned his boss Mr. Gaylord which got me nothing but the same. No answers for days and false promises. I highly recommend staying away from this firm and finding better alternatives.
