Smart, aggressive & good counsel.
Do not use as your divorce attorney. He signs the papers he needs to and goes through the motions. Will not fight for you and your children. Is not compassionate and will belittle you with arrogant comments. Only wants your money.
He was more expensive than several other lawyers I had contacted but he was recommended to me. He did not do a very good job for me. He advised against going in front of a judge which I believe would have given me a better outcome.My outcome was so much worse than what he initially told me it would be. He was hard to get in touch with, not prepared in mediation. I was charged twice for the same services.I was not satisfied with the services & would not use this lawyer again.
He was recommended by a therapist who'd worked with him, & a business attorney with knowledge of his prior competence/But my case was badly mishandled/Paralegals changed in mid-course/Mr. Devane was unprepared for meetings/He had not read my file/Mediation was an expensive joke-he zoned out & let the mediator he chose saunter back & forth with no guidance/He didn't ask obvious questions in court/When I complained he said,"That's water under the bridge,where do we go now"/LOTS A WATER UNDER THERE
my custody case was badly mishandled he gave away too much got manipulated and ambushed by an imcompentent GAL w a bad reputation when we should have had the upper hand also he made a disastrous recommendation for forensic psychologist whos the joke in legal circles Biggest mistake hiring him NEVER ever recommend him ever
