Do not use this firm for real estate closing!!! They deducted property tax during a real estate closing and did not pay the county. I found out when the tax came due the next year. I had to pay both years to clear the taxes with the county. I contacted them right away and got no response. A dozen emails and phone calls. No response. A certified letter showing the mistake and proof that I had to pay. No response. I went to the office and spoke in person to Mr. Palmour and was promised a response. No response again. They owe me $1400. I am a reasonable person, just audit your trust account and find my money!

He stole from my family and he cheated my family and scammed my mother in a divorce scandal where he was my step dads attorney and talked my mother into into a agreement and settle without going to court then swapped the papers she signed and had the fake set of divorce papers filed and when she got her copy 6 months later it was too late and she had no way of proving what he did he is a sneaky good for nothing lawyer for the right money he can get anything done .
