Patrick J. Hughes (“Pat”) is a lead attorney at Patriots Law Group, recognized for his comprehensive experience in federal employment law, security clearance matters, military administrative law, and military pay cases. Admitted to the New York State Bar and a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve, Pat began his distinguished legal career as a JAG officer, developing deep knowledge of military and federal employment law. His extensive experience includes representing clients in federal courts and before administrative bodies such as the EEOC and MSPB. Pat is dedicated to defending the rights of military personnel and federal employees, offering guidance on employment disputes, disciplinary actions, and complex security clearance issues. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
