Hired Attorney

Our family hired for a parole representation. As of the date of this review, Mr. Bynane has received $2300.00 and has yet to contact his client. Parole process begins in October 2020 and after numerous statements that he will contact his client - He has not. No telephone calls scheduled with the warden, no letters or correspondence to client, has not registered with the parole board as attorney. Quite unprofessional and lack of respect towards client.

***BEWARE***Lied and stole $6000. No services were provided. I contacted my bank to dispute and he sent all of my private records and info to my bank!!! NOT OK!!! SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN WITH YOU MR. BYNANE? SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! AND YOU AREN'T EVEN A FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY! YOU ARE A HEALTH CARE ATTORNEY!

If there was a less than one star, or a negative rating I would have chosen it. I paid Michael C. Bynane to represent me and he has done nothing, zilch, in two years. Now he wont answer my calls or emails. I drove to Houston looking for his office and haven't been able to find him. He's not at his former location? I would definitely NOT recommend.
