it was a good experience.
During the process of title search, land transfer and home building, my husband and I instigated and had to maintain contact with our attorney's office. We had to beg for corrections to be made to our property title. His employees tended to be curt until Mr. Johnson himself happened to physically be in his office, at which time they assumed a more friendly demeanor. Most of our dissatisfaction developed after moving into our home and his mistakes cost us two years of tax problems with the city.
November 22 in 2009 I was rear-ended on 460 by a military personnel that fell asleep behind the wheel while accelerating to the floorboard behind me. Jesse Johnson a well respected lawyer encouraged me to settle my accident for $40,000 as he took more than a third leaving him with over $30,000. He did not pay my medical and I was stuck with the medical for the ambulance ride, I was stuck with the CAT scans and my time at the hospital. That $10,000 he left me I had to pay collections nearly $9800 without him informing me that it was not paid at the time in 2010 that he settled my case was just a day before my birthday, and I’ve never been more frustrated in my life than that day. I nearly died and got nothing out of it except a permanent disability that I live with today. Never again will I hire him.
