I am not a customer of Niblock and Associates, but I will have to say that Angela Hayes is a devoted employee and friend. She values her job and her clients. Angel is not only devoted to her job but also has the knowledge and skills to meet her client’s needs. No matter the weather; sunshine, rain, sleet, or snow she will do what needs to be done to meet her client’s needs from home or from the office. She is always willing to take calls from clients, even on her time off. If I ever need services, I will definitely call on Niblock and Associates for all my bankruptcy, personal injury, or social security needs and hope that it would not be a conflict of interest for Angel to be my associate. I think this agency is lucky to have such a wonderful, energetic person in their office.
Worst CH13 Attorney out there, DO NOT USE! The staff turnover is unbelievable, and while Greg is making excuse after excuse after excuse, you will be waiting for a response from an attorney that is probably no longer there. Then they will turn your case over to Greg and tell you how important your case is, it's a priority, it's on his desk to handle himself. Greg will handle your case alright and getting from point A to point B will take months, as he goes the longest route possible and promising you the whole time he has your best interest at heart. He won't return your phone calls, but he will write the longest emails to you with lots of excuses and BS in them. All we wanted to do was sell our house five years into our CH13, and he made a seemingly simple task into the most difficult case ever! Don't buy that he is doing this to help you, because he's charging you by the second even when they make mistakes or turnover more staff. His emails are ridiculous long and mostly pointless.
I will never and I don’t suggest Greg for a lawyer he has totally screwed my credit by fileing wrong documents and has emotionally drained me
