Instead of advocating for me, he appeared to work closely with the court professionals and advanced my ex’s position. He failed to respond to me for a month during a crucial stage. When I finally reached him, it was not to support my legal concerns, but compliance for my ex with the FOC—while ignoring an outstanding order the court was failing to enforce. Despite clear constitutional concerns and that this was a case on remand from the Court of Appeals, Mr.Haas did not protect my rights, failed to properly challenge procedural misconduct, and left critical issues unaddressed. I paid him a significant amount of money, which he refused to return even though he failed to perform the essential work I hired him for. I would caution anyone facing a sensitive, high-conflict family law case to thoroughly investigate whether this attorney will advocate for rights or align with the system in place.
