I have worked with many law firms and this was the worst experience ever. They were unresponsive to the point of ignoring all requests for communication, and ultimately did not solve my issue. To schedule a conference call, I was billed at the highest rate for calendar review and invitation creation instead of an admin with a lower billing rate handling it. Wren seemed more interested in his political career than helping this client. I was added to the campaign/elected email lists without permission and received significantly more of that communication than as a client.
