Working with this attorney was a true pleasure. He is not only professional he is very thorough. My husband and I were quite impressed on how he handled our case.

Hired Attorney Marshall E. Anders

The one negative review was written by a disgruntled individual who is part of a group that has illegally seized control of a private community board and is currently holding that community hostage. Mr. Anders has been a champion of the Community that this rogue bunch has disenfranchised by disregarding the will of the membership as reflected in ballot results. They are currently being sued and, simply put, don't like it.

Hired Attorney Marshall E. Anders

Marshall Anders was responsible for filing lawsuits on behalf of unathorized members of a HOA. All he keeps doing is collecting fee's from these lawsuits. He is a greedy man and I beleive is working against the HOA's benefit. If this is how he acts for them, why would anyone hire him for anything personal or legal matters.

Hired Attorney Marshall E. Anders

Marshall Anders was hired with no authorization from the Community Membership by unelected individuals and was recently terminated for abuse of our election process and interjecting himself in private community affairs. He continues to accept unauthorized payments of the previous terminated officials while refusing to submit his billing records to the current Board of Directors. Mr. Anders also continues to send reprisal letters to members who dismissed his notion he still represents the Assoc.
