I had a simple bankruptcy filed by Mr. Blech which did not include many assets at all. Yet he made mistakes on my paperwork and I lost $800.00 as a result of his error. He completely ignored my repeated calls to him regarding this matter and would not take any of the blame on himself. He simply would not return any of my calls. I finally gave up after 2 months of repeatedly calling him.
Our small business went under & the bankruptcy should have been very simple, however the process took 2.5 years to complete. He advised us to do a 13, then it was thrown out 3-4 times, due to either incorrect paperwork or incorrect advice to us. Eventually he advised us to drop the 13 & do a 7. When it was finally completed, he told us we owed him another $1500 for the 2nd case, even though we had paid him in full for the 1st. We ended up splitting the difference, but the experience was awful.
