Yet again, working with Aimee Hess has proved invaluable! I left a review for her years ago when she negotiated a fantastic royalty percentage for my mineral rights lease in Ward county. I feel compelled to leave a second review now that she has helped me tremendously in the selling of those rights. I had received several offers to purchase my rights by phone and mail. I was seriously considering these offers. I thank my lucky stars I had Aimee in my corner! I reached out to her and sent potential contracts. She immediately picked out the red flags. She sent me in the direction of an honest broker and reviewed all contracts. Knowing Aimee turned what could’ve very easily been a disaster into a truly wonderful outcome.
