He was the seller's attorney.. threaten to keep $10,000 of my deposit because I was denied the loan to purchase the property. He ended up negotiating with my horrible lawyer who is representing me, for the seller to keep $3,800 of my deposit. Highway robbery. There was no breach of contract because I was denied the loan. And the original closing date was May 15th and by June 10th they found another buyer. They used Scare Tactics and they think they did us a favor by keeping "only 3,800"
