Carl A. Glad was raised in Stratford, Connecticut. His parents are life-long residents of the town and he decide to return to his home town to raise his two young children. Attorney Glad is a graduate of the American University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to joining the family practice, Attorney Glad worked in the Pentagon where he acted as an advisor to senior military leaders, including members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on legislative and policy matters. Prior to that, he served in various positions in Washington, D.C, including as a lobbyist, on Capitol Hill, and at a think-tank. Attorney Glad has always been an active member of his community.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
