Benjamin S. Proto, Jr. is an experienced attorney based in Stratford, Connecticut, where he has lived since 1986. Before establishing his own practice in 2003, Benjamin held several notable legal positions in public service. He served as Counsel and Chief Counsel to the Connecticut House Republican Caucus from 1987 to 1996, and as an attorney with the Office of Consumer Counsel for the State of Connecticut from 1996 to 2002.
