Phil T is not a good attorney and I would never again hire or recommend him. He will bully and pressure his clients into accepting out of court settlements, even though it may not be in your best interest. He is very unprofessional and makes promises up front, only to conveniently forget about them later. He thinks he is a "know-it-all", when in reality, he is nothing more than an uneducated, ignorant, working class buffoon. If you have the unfortunate circumstances of having him as your lawyer, do not accept or get bullied into a settlement. Do not fall for his high pressure tactics, and do not let him verbally run all over you. Make him return your calls as he carefully screens his voicemails and will tend not to return calls (contact the Mass Bar Association and report him if needed be), go to court and fight for what is right and for what you want, that is the job of a lawyer. Lastly, for all of his clients out there, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for legal representation,
