The nature of my case was that I was hit by a semi-truck in Georgia while returning for New York. Ms. Arnold's service I found to be below standard. I had a difficult time in the actual action taken. She did nothing for over a year then we went to arbitration, I did most of the negotiation.
One year following the close of the case I found out that I had an additional $3000 to come to me that. I had to file a complaint with the Georgia Bar in order to obtain closure.
