I originally didn't didn't want to go this route of posting a negative review especially since our initial interaction they were so responsive and communicative. I had hired Ms. Joellen's service to do our will and trust. However, after full payment was made, they assured me that once I had my LLC information to them, they would have this "funded" into our trust. It's been exactly one month since my original email of advisement on the LLC. I then have to send them a couple more emails to get a request for documents of the LLC which I immediately provided. It's been 2 more weeks since then and another 2 emails sent, still nothing back from the office. As a client, there's nothing worse than not getting a reply back. Now I wonder if it's a mistake to pay them full upfront or worse to hire their service.
