Before I was an attorney, I worked for a benefit consulting firm and learned the ins and outs of ERISA and retirement plans. I have used that experience to help my clients get through the complex issue of dividing retirement plans in divorce. I'd love to help you, whether you need to negotiate the best settlement, litigate a dispute or draft the orders you need to get what you deserve!
