Hired Attorney

Seth Hoyt is incomeptent to be a judge. His religious beliefs and his judicial misconducts and abuse of discretion are in multiple appeals filed against him since he became family law judge. Judge Seth Hoyt Jr. is a racist man with a racist background. Seth Hoyt Jr should be removed from Family Law Division as he is causing families and kids undue pain. Many people in San Joaquin County cannot afford attorneys or appeal, he gets away with misconduct and unfair practices in his courtroom. He creates his own laws and does not follow California Laws. The judge gives special precedent to couple attorneys show are before him all the time. Infact research shows the judge is friends with several attorneys outside the courtroom and fails to recuse himself. The California State needs to investigate him fully. There is major corruption inside his courtroom down to the court reporters who omit things in the transcripts.
