My experience with Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson was extremely disappointing. We began a trust and estate process in May 2024, and it wasn’t completed until November — an unacceptable delay for what should’ve been a straightforward matter. Inexplicably, the final trust documents weren’t provided until March 2025, when the office mailed them without requiring a signature, despite the confidential nature of the contents. The documents were lost, and no one took responsibility. This should have been handled in person or with basic mailing safeguards. Communication throughout was nearly nonexistent. Emails to paralegal Terry — including one sent in June 2025 — were ignored. I was promised a callback after a follow-up call and never received one. I had to initiate multiple calls just to get updates. For a legal firm, especially one handling sensitive estate matters, this level of disorganization and lack of client care is alarming. I would not recommend this firm to any
