This is a warning to anyone considering hiring the so called defense attorney Brad Moody, please do not risk your freedom with this man. A few years ago my friend hired him to defend him in a very serious case, that my friend refused to take a plea on because he is in fact innocent. Moody refused to do any pre trial investigation, refused to hire experts when asked repeatedly, refused to plan a defense, then continued to pressure my friend to take a plea deal, saying if my friend pushed this to trial he would not defend him and when my friend tried twice in open court to fire him the so called judge wouldn't allow him to fire him, bottom line is if Moody decides he does not like you or that you are guilty he will purposely help convict you, there are other lawyers out there that will do their job. So please do not hire this guy as you are playing with your life. Brad moody should have stayed with the prosecutors office in Butts county, he's a sorry excuse for a defense attorney.
