She knows the inside & out! During the trial she was amazingly prepared to represent & present the case to the court! It was very interesting following her through 2 days of witnesses & testimony!
I fired this particular attorney due to her lack of communication and responsiveness. Through the entire process she comes down hard expecting money before a trial but refuses to provide information on the cost of her services beforehand. The final straw was her forgetting to inform me or show up to a court date settling the custody of my child. I filed a formal complaint with the Oklahoma Bar, this is a truly callous attorney who is interested in nothing but money.
In my opinion and many other Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are both corrupt dishonorable people. Think sleazy lawyer off a bad movie. They have ruined many families by working to alienate parents , which only the community and children take the long term harm in the end. Really disgusting.Use decent honorable people instead.
Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney's fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!! I had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying my other bills just so I could come up with the money to pay them. After
