Hired Attorney

Jimmy Oliver and Melissa DelaCerda are unethical attorneys and if they would like to challenge anybody in regards to the statements gladly provide those to you or in court. Often times Jimmy Oliver will act maliciously towards the opposing party and then leave their clients high and dry just before court. For example they will take the case to the point of going to trial and then Jimmy will demand an exorbitant amount of money to defend all of the BS that he has stated in court. Many families have lost family members to suicide and murder because of the actions of DeLacerda and Oliver. Thankfully Melissa Dela Cerda is retiring and jimmy peaches oliver may be disbarred.

Hired Attorney

Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney's fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!! I had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying my other bills just so I could come up with the money to pay them. After
