Tom is a shareholder and attorney at Eckberg Lammers, where he leads the firm’s Civil Municipal and Personal Injury practices. With extensive experience in both litigation and transactional matters, Tom offers a unique and holistic approach to his personal injury cases. His engaging communication style helps build connections with his clients and his deep knowledge and strategic insight allow him to effectively navigate complex legal challenges, advocating fiercely for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence—whether from motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, or other incidents.
In addition to his personal injury work, Tom serves as City Attorney for several municipalities in the greater Twin Cities area. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in City Council meetings, advising elected officials and public employees and offering essential legal counsel on a wide range of issues impacting our local communities, from land use and zoning to development projects. Tom’s experience helps local governments make informed decisions that align with their goals and effectively serve the needs of the public.
Tom lives in the east metro with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, or walking around the outdoors and experiencing new adventures.
