Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. My son's car got crashed by some driver didn't have insurance. His insurance company had told him to use his own insurance and he had to pay deductible from own pocket and he only offered a small amount money that far less from fixing up. I called the office and got service in a minute, gave all the documents in 10 minutes, and the next minute I was told that the office had send out email to the insurance company for claim. Waiting for the good news. Mr. Blankenship is the best and trusted.
Chris was awesome about returning phone calls even on weekends and late in evening!
Never available for discussions. Never even spoke to the atty until 5 minutes before hearing. Only spoke with assistant, she would not return calls. Did not file paperwork ordered by judge and I lost $1000 monthly in temporary spousal support. I have asked for an itemized statement of services and an explanation as to why the order was never filed and have never received any info. He does not follow up on his case. I will never use his service again and would certainly not recommend anyone
I hired Mr. Chris. He was the worst attorney I've ever dealt with in my entire life. He is very rude like if I was working for him. in front of the judge, he attended the hearing very unprepared like he knew nothing about the case. He lost every single argument. After her secured his retainer, he asked for additional $10K for every motion although the retainer was not consummed yet. i filed a grievence to the bar association for his unethical conduct.
I hired Mr. Wayne and paid him the $4000 retainer. For three months he did not even read my case. I was begging him to file an urgent motion for three months. He was treating me very rudely as if I was working for him. I asked him to file a motion for custody, he asked for additional $10,000 upfront although he did spend one hour reading my case and the retainer should be enough. I asked him to file a motion to stop the sale of the house, he asked for additional $10,000 upfront too. I will be filling a grievance to the bar for the breaching the ethical code.
