Hired Attorney

I was in contact with Russ Kort when one of my relatives retained him as a criminal defense attorney. My relative had been charged with a felony based on false allegations, and Mr. Kort was able to document the truth and successfully win this case so that the felony charge was dismissed. Mr. Kort was thorough, conscientious, punctual with all filings and appearances, and he knows the law extremely well. I would describe his lawyering as excellent and him as a bulldog lawyer with ethics.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
