I made some poor decisions (drugs, theft, and forgery) and ended up facing multiple charges . I talked to a number of Attorneys but they all wanted retainers far beyond what I could afford and none offered any sort of hope. Basically, it was "Pay me, then get ready to be locked up." Just as I'd about given up, I called Mr. Schaefer. He was very attentive, sympathetic, and listened without interrupting as I just let everything out - he was also the only Attorney who gave me some hope back instead of taking the last bit away. Nick was able to negotiate an agreement to get me the help I needed to turn my life around instead of just throwing me in a cell. After I completed my program the more serious charges were dropped and my record was sealed. I think not having to disclose my case made finding a job a lot easier. I now work FT in an office I can't express how grateful I am to have found Mr. Schaefer and I recommend him 100%! Thank you, Nick and God Bless!
Contacted about consultation and possible representation based off information found online since he does not have a website of his own. Was not very friendly and was relatively dismissive. Despite it saying he handles a variety of things aside from traffic, he informed me he only handles traffic and could not provide any reccomendations for anyone else.
