When he received the 1st. check for settling wages/future medical benefits, he distributed 3000 on a disputed medical bill W/O my authorization or any consolation. After receiving the 2nd. check that was awarded for pain and suffering, he avoided me for 3 months. When I finally visit his office, he made up new charges and is refusing to provide proof. I filed a claim
