If you are looking for a lawyer who is no-nonsense, who gets right to the point, who takes care of everything that needs taking care of, who will not leave you stranded as other lawyers have been known to do, then Tom Hensel is exactly who you are seeking. My wife and I had zero problems with the bankruptcy court or any of its requirements thanks to the diligence, intelligence, and concern for his clients that Tom proved. Our day in court was a snap. While other lawyers were missing in action or outside the Trustee's office causing their clients to go back to the end of the line, my lawyer, Tom was sitting right next to us ensuring our case was presented. Because of such attention, we bypassed about a dozen other case numbers. We expected to wait at least an hour before presenting ourselves in front of the Trustee, but jumped to almost the front of the line. Our wait: 10 minutes. Thank you Tom for everything.
