Mary Ann Barnes received her Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University in 1983 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Paralegal Studies. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School in 1988. During law school, she clerked for the Wilmington, Delaware law firm of Doroshow & Pasquale. The first eleven years of Ms. Barnes law practice was spent representing plaintiffs' in personal injury and product liability matters.
