Tripp focuses his law practice on trial work and litigation. His clients vary widely, from individuals to publicly traded companies. Tripp handles all sorts... of matters including personal injury, business litigation, real estate litigation, domestic relations, construction litigation, administrative appeals, criminal defense, and alternative dispute resolution, among others. Tripp appears regularly in the city and county courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and West Virginia as well as the United States federal courts in both states, and handles appeals to the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Tripp is a native of the Shenandoah Valley, having been born in Waynesboro, Virginia and is a 1994 graduate of Wilson Memorial High School in Fishersville.

Successfully prosecuting a claim for specific performance of a real estate contract on behalf of a developer against a building contractor.
Successfully defending a veterinarian sued for malpractice.
Successfully defending a nationally traded company in a products liability action in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
