Ms.Caryn Brzykcy Is an exceptional representative for any individual in the process of applying or requesting social security benefits,that are withheld or due.I recommend her for this legal matter to anyone I know or just to spread by word of mouth to strangers.My son was overlooked by the schools,county, state , and the federal government until she helped contact all of these individuals for us.I had did the the same ,but no one would listen or tell us what or when to expect an answer.
Main complaint, way too much time taken to get it done.
Joel Harbinson was very rude when I emailed him about an excessive fee I was assessed for paying a fine late. I was trying to determine whether it was a mistake. He sent me 2 1-sentence responses that didn't answer my question & then:
"We and the Clerk's Office see the law the same way -- a $200 fine. If you disagree, I suggest you contact the Clerk's Office. Our representation is complete. Next time a lawyer gives you a deadline to pay, you might want to follow his or her advice."
Charged $6,000. He did fine during temporary trial. As time went on, the more that happened with my case (other party in contempt many times) , he didn't seem to care anymore.Promised many times he would fight + bring contempt charges against other party and he never did. Over a yr later, we finally got back to court and he lied not only to me, but the judge, and the other lawyer. Had to fire him/hire another attorney.Wouldnt recommend him for anything. Waste of time/money.He should be disbarred
