Mr. Baity did not ever meet with the client. He was consistently late for court. He requested several unnecessary continuances. He angered the judge. Each time, the client was asked to appear in court and sat in court all day, to be told at the end of the day that his case had been continued, even though it happened first thing in the morning. Mr. Baity did not succeed in getting any charges dropped or reduced, securing a PJC that the client could have gotten for himself. Overpriced and useless.
