I had tried for almost a year and a half to get this done to no avail. My mother has now passed and Ms. Setzer is handling her estate. I will recommend Ms. Setzer most highly to anyone who may face question concerning elder care law.

I have been waiting for Beth R. Setzer to close my father's estate for 3 years. She does not respond to phone calls. She does not contact me when she says that she will. She does not complete the work in a timely manner. She does not keep me informed. She still has my father's money. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and inefficient are the best words to describe this law firm.
