He handled both my sale and purchase, he smoothly ironed out some old issues on my sale from a long time ago that he uncovered, and fixed (for no additional fee), and even the attorney for my purchaser was asking him real estate law questions at the closing. Mr Vincent Gallo had made a remote sale of my house quite easy . My wife and I at first felt that we had to be present for the transaction but Mr Gallo said "Why would you want to travel 1200 miles from Florida if it can be done remotely" ! He explained the steps to make that happen and the process was seamless via e-mail and I would recommend to others if in the same situation to consider to do as well . The fee was cheaper then to travel back and forth and required less time to do . It was a No brainer .
