I used Rosemarie to close on the purchase of my first home. I thought she was great at the time. She was thorough and answered all questions that I had. I would have recommended her to any friend or family member looking to buy a home. The issue that I have with her came years later. I tried to apply for a STAR tax exemption and I found out that my deed was never recorded. This was her responsibility. Basically it was like the seller still owned the home. It was a nightmare. If not for the title insurance company I would have been out of thousands of dollars in lawyer and penalty fees. She also no longer practices at this location. I could not reach her at her office number and she never responded to email that I sent to her regarding this matter.
