I retained this firm to undertake a double task. My mother-in-law and my sister were disabled and required assistance with the activities of daily living. It was complicated by the fact that my mother-in-law resided in Staten Island and my sister in Brooklyn. The firm put together a plan of asset protection and long term care that solved these issues. Thanks to the law firm, my loved ones' assets were fully protected and my sister is receiving Medicaid home care benefits.
After my mother became disabled and legally blind, I consulted this law firm to plan for her long term care and asset protection of savings and proceeds from house sale.
