Hired Attorney

I had a bad experience with attorney Marc Decker. He insisted on not taking me to court, which made me feel like he wasn't interested in my case, resulting in me being detained longer. He also manipulated my partner to discourage me from taking that option, which made me feel unprotected and unsupported. During our meetings, he didn't provide me with a physical interpreter and always used an interpreter on the phone, even though I don't speak English and felt misunderstood.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
