Madison V. Greenland regularly advises clients on family law, business law, and a variety of civil litigation matters.
Madison has experience with a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and Protection from Abuse through settlement and/or trial.
She has handled a variety of civil litigation, including matters involving employment law, insurance defense, contract disputes, civil rights, and general tort cases through settlement and/or trial.
Madison served as a law clerk for the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas. While working in this capacity, she conducted research on a variety of legal issues and assisted in drafting opinions and orders on such matters as contract disputes, real property law, family law, criminal law, and tort and negligence issues. She also assisted in editing the local rules of the court and certain rules of Clearfield County’s Orphans’ Court.
Over the course of her career, Madison has carefully crafted her skills in negotiation and litigation. She approaches all matters with a client-centered focus, always placing the client’s interests first.
