Hired Law Firm

Having previously used the firm, I called on a new issue IN MAY and was confronted by a receptionist who seemed to think she was practicing law. I called and emailed several times, asking for a brief conference to decde whether there is an issue that needs attention. I've not had so much as a word with Mr. Pirkle, and aparade of incredible excuses from Judy. Today I summarized the sad history and was offered a brief conversation in FIVE WEEKS. No thanks.

Hired Attorney Lawrence Pirkle

Can't get response from actual attorney, and when/if you do, it's absolutely worthless. Not recommended.

Hired Law Firm

as an heir to my uncle's estate, I received 2 letters from the firm in a span of about 5 months...One advisory with little detail, and the next directional that no sense. Two phone inquiries were unanswered. subsequently, I received a check from the trust and immediately designated differing amounts to taxes, credit card debt, and investment. Yesterday, I received the third letter from the firm requesting $2000 to be paid to the trust or court ordered payment would occur.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
