Mr. Carello's practice embraces a broad range of business representation with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, business dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and corporate governance. He graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law with high honors in 1989. While at law school, Mr. Carello served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Law Review, received an award for the best written brief and was a finalist in the William Hastie Moot Court Competition. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in 1985. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carello chaired the corporate department of Rucci, Burnham, Carta & Carello, LLP. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York.
Mr. Carello is a former Co-Chair of the Business Law Section of The Fairfield County Bar Association. He currently serves as a member of the association's Board of Directors and is a two term past President of the Darien Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Carello is also a Past District Governor of the International Association of Lions Clubs (District 23A) and is a member of the Board of Directors and a past President of the Darien Lions Club.
