Hired Attorney Sean Kyle McElligott

I am not a fan to write bad reviews, but this is a special case: I contacted attorney Mcelligott one year ago, in May of 2022, asking him to help me to penalize the doctor who performed terrible procedure on my both legs which permanently damaged my both feet. I signed all authorizations to the attorney to get my medical records, constantly called him and his office requesting updates. Majority of my calls were never returned. After recently leaving three messages to mr. Mcelligott and insisting to get his phone call back, he finally called me stating that he still doesn't have my medical records. He also stated he is too busy to take my case. And this is after one year I was waiting for him to start handling my case. This is extremely rude, very disappointing and incredibly unprofessional action! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
