Mark Katz is an incredibly talented and extremely intelligent attorney. He defended me when I was guilty for an highly publicized $3000.000 burglary we went to a plea bargain but it should have turned out a lot worse than it did because there was no way out of this. The prosecutor was Bruce hudock out of Stamford Connecticut same prosecutor that handled Robert Kelly's trial from Darien. at the end of all things I was able to keep the 3 million dollars in property.
excellent
A client used attorney Mark Katz for their closing. The real estate agent who I referred the client to (I am a realtor in Glastonbury and felt it was best to have a local agent work on behalf of my friend and client), indicated attorney Katz was extremely rude. When the realtor called his office to stay on top of the closing, attorney Katz yelled at the realtor and told him never to call his office again. Furthermore, attorney Katz never contacted my client, even when extensions for the closing needed his attention. More, attorney Katz tried charging the buyer an estimated $3,000 for having to extend the closing, unbeknownst to my client. Lastly, the property closed and attorney Katz never contact my client to let them know it closed. Attorney Katz is highly unprofessional and I would never use him again, and certainly would never refer him.
He talks a good game but watch out.
