The following review is long overdue. He did NOTHING RIGHT and lied. He had me sign a nonsensical, incomprehensible and contradictory Fee Agreement Smith sent ONE demand letter to both defendants claiming the realtor had a fiduciary responsibility to me. That is LEGALLY INCORRECT. ng both positions he took, he did no work toward that end.) Smith DID NOT set up a mandatory mediation with the seller (called for by the sales contract) nor did he negotiate a simple exchange of documents before it became necessary to file a lawsuit! His negligence and incompetence began the pattern duplicated by each attorney hired after him. Smith allowed an extension of time to Keller (Broker) NOT IN WRITING, without asking for a document exchange. Smith colluded with my next lawyer. W. Walker to collect $5000 he billed. He caused no work to be done for 9 months. He drafted a complaint that was WRONG re statute. He never revised and claimed he was correct! Stay clear of this unethical person.
